Welcome to Elixir. These terms apply to your use of elixirbeauty.com and to
every order you place with us. By browsing or buying from this site, you agree
to them, so please take a moment to read them.

1. Who we are:
elixirbeauty.com is operated by [Extravaganza General Trading L.L.C], the official distributor of the Elixir fragrance collection in the UAE. "We" and "us" mean [Extravaganza General Trading L.L.C]. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using the site:
You may use this site if you are 18 or older and able to enter a binding
contract. If you create an account, keep your details accurate and secure. You
agree not to misuse the site, disrupt its operation, or access it in any
unauthorised way.

3. Products and pricing:
All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. We
take care to describe and price every product accurately, but if a genuine
error appears, we may correct it and will tell you before your order ships.
Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

4. Your order:
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send you a
confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out
of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot verify payment or
delivery details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund
you in full.

5. Payment:
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash on
Delivery is available within the UAE for a small handling fee. Card payment is
taken in AED at checkout; Cash on Delivery is collected when your order arrives.

6. Authenticity:
Every fragrance we sell is 100 percent authentic and sourced through official
channels. We never sell imitations or grey-market goods.

7. Delivery, exchange, returns, and refunds:
Delivery times, costs, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns,
exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy. Both form
part of these terms.

8. Fragrance and sensitivity:
Fragrances contain ingredients that can cause a reaction in some people. If your
skin is sensitive, test a small amount before regular use, and seek advice from
a professional if you have a known allergy or medical condition. Keep products
away from eyes, flames, and children.

9. Intellectual property:
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the Elixir and
Extravaganza names and marks, belongs to us or our partners. You may not copy,
reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

10. Liability:
We provide this site and our products with care. To the extent allowed by law,
we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms
limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law.

11. Changes:
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page
when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, and any dispute falls under the
courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
