Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Because fragrance is a personal-care product, the item must be unopened, still sealed in its original packaging, unused, and complete with the box, cellophane and any free gifts. To start a return, email hello@elixirbeauty.com with your order number and the reason. Please don't send anything back until we confirm. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Card payments are refunded to the same card. Cash payments can be collected in store or deposited into your bank account.
