returns and refunds work.

Exchange and Return window:
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange and return.

What we can accept:
Because fragrances are personal care products, we can only accept an exchange and return  when the item is:
- unopened and still sealed in its original packaging,
- unused, with no signs of wear or damage, and
- complete, including the box, any cellophane, and free gifts.

Opened or used items:
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept an exchange or return once a product
has been opened, unsealed, or used. Opened items are not eligible for a refund.
This does not apply if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items:
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us
within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
